The creators of NATURE ONE and MAYDAY turn the bass up and all of Mannheim vibrates. BassRepublic is a completely new event for Bass Music, Drum'n'Bass, Trap, Dubstep and Future Bass.

What began with Jungle and Drum'n'Bass in the 90s is now split into various subgenres. Mannheim was already at that time a stronghold of breakbeats. This is where Milk! came into being - the first club in Germany to specialise in drum'n'bass. Resident was a certain Bassface Sascha - pioneer of the scene in Germany.

Today, young and fresh artists like Ghastly push the genre boundaries, creating modern variations like Trap. But the scene isn't just underground: acts like Chase & Status are superstars who play at festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza or Rock am Ring.
