01. Ultra BraSil
The dream enlarges
By now Ultra Brasil is the biggest, most known and attracting electronic festival in South America. The festival enlarges up to three magical days, and the tickets are selling faster than ever. Ultra fits perfectly to “The Marvelous City”, the enchanting energy and the unique beauty of Rio combined with the Ultra experience make this event irresistible for the electronic lovers.
Every year the Ultra Festival offers us the best performers, and this time we will have two more stages to enjoy them. The Ultra Boulevard and Ultra Village will join the already known Main Stage, Resistance and UMF Radio that will also have great improvements.
The kind of music you can hear in Ultra is EDM, House, Techno, Trance, Dubstep, Trap and Drum ‘n’ Bass.
First names have already been released and include Armin van Buuren, Alesso, David Guetta for the main stage as well as Adam Beyer, Joseph Capriati, Sasha, John Digweed, Jamie Jones and The Martinez Brothers for the Resistance stage.
Previous lineups included Dj Snake, Above&Beyond, Martin Garrix, Carl Cox, Steve Aoki, Hardwell, Krewella, Dash Berlin, Tale of Us and Nic Fanciulli as headliners.
Ultra Brasil is only for 18 years old and older, and although there is no camping at this event, you have a tonne of hotel and hostel options nearby.

How do I get to Ultra Brazil?
Ultra Brazil takes place at the Sambodromo located in Quinta Da Boa Vista.
If you go by plane and land at Rio's main airport, Galeao, you could take a taxi, and you'll arrive in 10 minutes and should cost no more than 5 USD. The second major airport, Santos Dumont, is closer to the Sambodromo, so you'll get there quicker.
You can also use the metro that is open between 5 am to midnight, and 7 am to 11 pm on Sundays. If you take the Metro of even numbers, you must get off at the "Praça Onze" station, and if you take the metro with odd numbers you must get off at the "Central" station.
There are lots of good hotel options around the festival ground to get there by feet.
02. Storyland
An original South American electro festival
If you want to listen to the best electronic artists while enjoying an exceptional Caribbean weather, full of positive energy you would love going to Storyland. You will be amused by the “Ritmo Caliente” (Hot Rhythm) of every Colombian, and you will love to stay in this gorgeous city.
This EDM fest offers us two stages with music at the same time for three days, the best beach party of Cartagena and a crazy pool party at the hotel Vista Marina. Storyland is getting bigger every year, last year it attracted forty thousand people.
Since 2013 Storyland brings us every year the best electronic artists like Deadmau5, Afrojack, Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Oliver Heldens and Hardwell. It’s also an excellent opportunity to see latin electronic artists that will blow your head.
EDM, House, Techno, Trance, progressive house are the principal types of music you can hear.

Last year a general admission 3-day ticket cost USD$ 250 and the VIP ticket USD$ 530.
For 1-day ticket, a general admission cost USD$ 96 and the VIP one USD$ 211.
How do I get to Storyland?
If you get by plane to the Rafael Nuñez International Airport, you can take a taxi for USD$ 5.
Where can I sleep?
You will need to take a taxi from any hotel to get to the festival location. On the other hand, Cartagena offers some amazing beach hotels which give you the perfect option to combine a week on the beach with the best electronic fest in Colombia.
03. Universo Paralello
Ready to explore an alternative reality?
The 14th edition of the most psychedelic, colourful and natural electronic festival returns this New Year’s Eve for you to finish 2017 and start 2018 as free and infinite as you can be. Universo Paralello characterise's for gathering the psytrance community and bringing people together from every part of the world. This mystical event situated by the beach, offers you ten days of camping, eight days of music and art and a ticket to travel to another dimension. This event counts with six stages and many more things to do besides dancing a listening to music. There are lots of entertainments, art exhibitions and activities to enjoy, such as yoga classes, cinema, slack line and a healing space.
With your ticket, you also have access to a community kitchen, showers, bathrooms and a free tour touring the festival.
What makes this festival unique it's the environment full of nature, colors and positive vibes.
Although the electronic and dance music predominates in this festival, many Rap and Reggae artists assist to UP.

Ticket first lot is of R $ 600 + R $ 60 taxes (U$S 210).
Children's under 12 do not pay. Every minor has to enter with the company of their parents or an authorised person.
How do I get to Universo Parallelo Festival?
If you came by plane the nearest airport, Valenca, is about 72km far from it. If you are coming from the North, you can take the ferry from Salvador and then into Valencia towards Itubera. If you are in the southern part or in São Paulo you can go to Rio de Janeiro and take the BR 101 towards Salvador to Indent height and finally to Camamu, Itubera.

WHERE CAN I SLEEP?
We highly recommend to camp directly at the Parlallelo festival to not miss any of the fun. If you prefer a bed and a shower there are some options in MOrro de Sao Paulo and Velha Boipeba but you will need a car or bus to get to the festival ground and back.
04. ULTRA BUENOS AIRES
Ultra returns to Buenos Aires to make the most passionate and crazy crowd vibrate for two intense days. Argentinians can’t wait anymore, last year Ultra was suspended, and now everyone is thirsty for the greatest electronic fest of the country. As I mention above the craziest crowd and many electronic artists are so happy and anxious for this reappearance.
While the Ultra event itself has not announced dates yet, the Resistance is going to happen on the 7th of October. Usually, the Resistance and Ultra go down on the same weekend, so check the Ultra FB page for the latest updates.
The most representative artists mixed with the energy of the people will make you dance endlessly. Your soul will appreciate each song, beat, and the sound of it. You’ll be impressed by the movements and vitality that you’ll see in others and in you.
Although we don’t have much information, everyone is sure that Ultra will come back stronger than ever. There are some rumours that John Digweed and Sasha will be part of the promising line-up. Which would make sense, as they are in South America for Ultra Brasil.

05. ELECTRIC DAISY Carnival BRAZIL
DOES THE ELECTRONIC PHENOMENON RETURN TO SÃO PABLO?
Everyone is waiting to see the second edition of the famous EDC return to Brazil. There are rumours on the net, but nothing has been officially confirmed yet. You should check the official Facebook page to see the latest news.
This electronic festival is distinguished for their astonishing installations, exciting attractions, and inspiring art performers. EDC usually takes place in a huge race track, excellent for their monstrous stages. Nature and technology combine to create a unique atmosphere where you can free your mind and enjoy a hair-raising moment. The first edition was in Los Angeles, and then it expanded throughout many states of USA then the United Kingdom, Mexico and Japan.
EDC Brasil last time had three stages and one original moving stage. The KineticField is the main one, and one of the largest stages in the world! If you want to hear drum & bass, trap and bass sound you will love the BassPod stage. In the NeonGarden you will find yourself enchanted by the house and techno ecstasy sounds. The BoomboxARTCAR is a stage that moves through the festival camp with DJ’s of all styles. So in this festival, you will hear EDM, house, electrohouse, drum & bass, dance, dubstep, trance, hardstyle, dance-punk, trap and others electronic music rhythms.
These are some of the artists that played in EDC Brazil's last edition: Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Above & Beyond, Dash Berlin, Zomboy, R3hab, Krewella, Kill The Noise and many more.

HOW DO I GET TO EDC BRAZIL
If you go by plane, the nearest airport is São Paulo Congonhas Airport. Then you can take a taxi, and in 15 minutes you will arrive.
There´s also another airport, Sao Paulo Airport, GRU. From there you can take a bus to Congonhas Airport and take a taxi to the festival.
The other option is to go by train. You can take the metro to Jabaquara and then go by taxi to the festival, in 12 minutes you will reach it.
